1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bb44k ("bb44k", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bb44k website at https://bb44k.io and all associated services, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, table games, payment processing, and customer support facilities (collectively, the "Services").

bb44k reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension. bb44k is the sole judge of whether eligibility requirements have been met.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To place bets or access real-money games on bb44k, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on bb44k. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts discovered by bb44k will be closed without notice and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bb44k will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any access to your account using your login credentials will be treated as authorised access unless you have notified bb44k support of a security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and recovery of any winnings paid out on the basis of false information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bb44k currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bb44k reserves the right to modify the list of supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your bb44k account in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bb44k does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. bb44k reserves the right to process withdrawals to a different payment method in circumstances where the original method is unavailable, at its sole discretion. Before your first withdrawal, bb44k may require you to complete identity verification by providing valid government-issued identification and proof of address.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, and transactions on bb44k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bb44k does not guarantee any particular exchange rate if you fund your account via a foreign currency instrument.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bb44k are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual offer at the time of activation. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded to your account carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page before you activate the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer specifies the games eligible for wagering contribution. Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion do not count towards wagering requirements. bb44k reserves the right to adjust wagering contribution percentages across different game categories, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sportsbook, and table games.

5.4 Abuse & Misuse

bb44k actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same offer more than once, employing low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, and any form of coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, bb44k reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the relevant accounts.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation from bb44k. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient account balance are null and void. bb44k reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in the quoted odds — including but not limited to pricing errors, technical glitches, or human error — bb44k reserves the right to void such bets at the correct market price or at the fair value determined by bb44k. Winnings derived from clear pricing errors will not be paid out.

6.3 Sportsbook and In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on bb44k are offered on a best-efforts basis. bb44k cannot guarantee the continuous availability of live markets. Bets accepted on in-play markets are final, subject to the provisions of section 6.2. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on bb44k are provided by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on the game provider's server, the server-side result shall be authoritative.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bb44k platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform

• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any game or the cashier system
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic low-risk strategies designed solely to extract bonus value
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bb44k customer support staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by law
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any bb44k software or system

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bb44k

bb44k reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other activity that bb44k determines to be harmful to the platform or other players. During any investigation, bb44k may place a temporary hold on the affected account's funds.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bb44k account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Accounts closed at the player's request will have any verified remaining balance returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing window, provided all wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the bb44k customer support team. Self-excluded players will be prevented from accessing the platform for the duration of their exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion within the agreed exclusion period will not be honoured.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bb44k platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the bb44k platform without express prior written consent from bb44k.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bb44k, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bb44k platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

bb44k's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bb44k account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bb44k makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages may affect platform availability from time to time.

11 Privacy & Data

bb44k collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on bb44k, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
